Who is responsible for your information
The data controller is David Richardson, trading as Media Services Online and operating Manifestation Clarity. Our contact address is Office 12278, 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. Email us at manifestationclarity@mediaservicesonline.com.
Information we collect and why
- Website and security data: IP address, browser, device, requested pages, approximate location and timestamps may be processed to deliver and protect the service. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable website.
- Enquiries: if you contact us, we use your name, email address and message to respond and keep an appropriate record. We rely on steps requested before a contract and our legitimate interests in managing correspondence.
- Free guides and email updates: connected sign-up pages may use your name, email address, consent record and engagement information to deliver a requested guide. Promotional email is sent only where we have an appropriate consent or other lawful permission. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
- Purchases and course access: we process contact, order, payment-status and access information to fulfil the contract, provide digital content, support customers and keep legally required business records. Full payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by us.
Services that receive information
We use service providers where necessary to operate the publication, including website hosting and security providers, Systeme.io for connected forms, email delivery, checkout and course access, Stripe for payment processing, and YouTube for videos you choose to load. Providers process information under their own notices and/or our contractual instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Cookie choices
Our consent banner lets you accept or reject optional analytics and advertising technologies separately. Necessary storage is used to operate the website and remember your preference. The consent record, named mc_cookie_consent, is stored for up to 180 days and works across manifestationclarity.com and its subdomains. You can review or change your choice at any time by selecting “Cookie settings”. Optional technologies remain disabled unless you consent.
YouTube and similar technologies
YouTube players are blocked when the video page first opens. A player connects to YouTube only after you select “Load YouTube video”. YouTube may then process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under Google’s policies. Your choice applies to the selected player for that page visit and is not stored by this website.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards, we rely on the provider’s applicable adequacy arrangements, recognised contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.
How long we keep information
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiry records are normally reviewed after 24 months. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or we determine they are no longer needed; a minimal suppression record may be retained to respect your choice. Transaction and contract records may normally be retained for up to six years, or longer where a legal obligation or dispute requires it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You also have the right not to be subject to certain solely automated decisions. Contact us using the email above. We may need to verify your identity.
Complaints and updates
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We will update this notice when our services or legal duties change and show the revised date above.
